Ingredients
01.  Wheat Flour                                                                          125 gm
02.   Rice Flour                                                                            125 gm
03.  Split Chickpeas Flour( Brown ) Chana Dal Flour                 125 gm
04.  Pigeon Peas (split) Flour (Toor Dal)  Flour                           125 gm
05.  Black Gram Lentils, Split & Skined (Urad Dal)                     125 gm
06.  Green Gram Split & skinned (Moong Dal ) Flour                  125 gm
07.   Soya Bin Flour                                                                     125 gm
08.  Ragi or Nachani Flour                                                           125 gm
09.   Fenugreek                                                                              10  gm


Step 1 : Take Protinwala Instant Dhirda/Amboli flour in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, chopped onion, chopped coriander , salt as per individual preference. Mix it with water to make thin batter. No lumps should be formed. The consistency of batter should be thin.

Step 02. Heat a Tawa or pan. Spread a little oil over it. Now pour ladleful  batter and spread in evenly in a thin round shape.

Step 03. Drizzle little oil all around and cook it until light brown. Now flip it and cook it from other side too.

Step 04. Serve immediately with curd or sauce.
