Instructions
01.· Take Protinwala VegOmlete premix in mixing bowl.
02. Add salt, Black pepper as per taste.
03.· Add water slowly and mix it well so that there are no lumps in the batter. It should be like Dosa like batter. Keep them aside for few minutes.

If you wish, you may add chopped ginger, green
chilies, mint, coriander, onion, tomato, spinach, capsicum as per your choice.
· 04 Now bring back the batter prepared from Protinwala
VegOmlette instant premix and add vegetables like chopped ginger, green chilies,
mint, coriander, onion, tomato, spinach, capsicum as per your choice. Mix the
batter again

Usually, the cooking time for each pancake is
about 3-4 minutes.
· 08. Repeat the same process with remaining mixture. You can even dip bread pieces in the batter and enjoy eggless bread omelette with a bowl of salad for a wholesome meal.
· 09 You may serve veg omelette hot with tomato
ketchup.
